Lab 3: Legal issues Online and in the Metaverse

Description

Minister for Communications and Information (Singapore) have announced plans for new codes of practice for online platforms. The codes will focus on three areas: safety, reporting and platform accountability.

As youth workers, do you know what you can do to protect yourselves and the youths you work with legally when there is a safety concern? What are your legal liabilities and implications? What legal implications and recourse are there for the youths you work with when their safety is breached?
